Guldenberg (8.5% abv/33cl) £4.30 A very hoppy golden abbey triple made from pale malt with Hallertau hops used for bitterness and aroma. Rader Ambree (io.5% abv/33cl) £4.50 A deep-golden coloured ale with a white head and a creamy flavour. A grain spirit is added to the beer before re-fermentation in the bottle. Rader Blonde (6.5% abv/33cl) £4.00 A traditional bottle fermented ale flavoured with a delicate juniper berry distillate. Gouden Carolus Tripel (9.0% abv/33cl) £4.40 This award-winning golden full-flavoured beer unites rich barley with fine hops and is brewed only from pale malts. Chimay Red Cap (7.0% abv/33cl) £4.10 Copper coloured with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma. Its taste is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. Chimay Blue Cap(9.0% abv/33cl) £4.50 Its fragrance has a light, flowery rosy touch is and the flavour reveals a light and pleasant touch of roasted malt. Orval (6.2% abv/33cl) £4.00 A golden-orange Trappist ale. Hoppy and very distinctive with a bouquet of fresh hops, a fruity note and a pronounced bitterness. Rochefort 8 (9.2% abv/33cl) £4.40 Deep brown with a vigorous and complex flavour plus a firm body to support its strength. The aroma has elusive notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs. Rochefort 10 (11.3% abv/33cl) £5.00 Dark brown ale of great strength balanced by a complexity of flavour and a firm malt backbone. Duvel (8.5% abv/33cl) £4.30 This world-famous ale is a subtle amalgam of malt and hops: sweetish, soft and deceptive. Piraat(10.5%abv/33cl) £4.50 Blond/amber beer. The flavour is complex and rich with a spicy light sweetness, which is nicely balanced by the robust bitterness of the hops. Vedett Extra Blond (5.2% abv/33cl) £4.10 Lager from the Duvel brewer exhibiting an aroma of fresh hops. Kwak (8.0% abv/33cl) £4.60 Amber spiced ale served in a unique glass. Moinette Blonde(8.5% abv/33cl) £4.30 This, the definitive Wallonian blonde ale, like all of Dupont's ales, is unfiltered, unpasteurised and re- fermented in the bottle. It is a big fruity beer with tremendous hop character. Val-Dieu Blonde (6.0% abv/33cl) £3.80 A crisp blonde beer from the only non-Trappist monastery in Belgium with a brewery on-site. Val-Dieu Triple (9.0% abv/33cl) £4.40 One of the classic golden abbey ales. It has very full-bodied flavour. Gulden Draak (10.5% abv/33cl) £4.50 A beer in a class of its own. It is so rich, so glowing, reminding some who try it of chocolate and others of coffee. Zinnebir (5.8% abv/33cl) £3.60 Brussels' well hopped golden blonde ale has in addition a malty bitterness.
